Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Signal Corporation, Fairfax, Virginia, for In-Service Engineering Office (ISEO) support for F-14 and Landing Signal Officer (LSO) Training Devices. These support services include quick response engineering modifications, hardware/software/documentation configuration management, software verification and validation, and software and documentation library support. This requirement will be pursued in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. A firm fixed-price type contract is anticipated with a 12-month period of performance. This synopsis is to provide notice of our intent to award this effort on a sole source basis to Signal Corporation; therefore, no solicitation will result from this announcement.
