Description

A Firm-fixed Price, Best Value, Commercial Product Service procurement, referencing FAR provisions 52.212-1 through 52.212-5. This Request for Quote (RFQ) is to establish a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for approximately 1400 employees of the Mobile District, Corps of Engineers and field offices located within district boundaries of Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Mississippi, and Tennessee. The basic premise of this program is twofold; first, support the work environment and personal problems that can impact on job performance, and second, early identification of the problem and referral to a competent resource leading to a successful treatment and rehabilitation. The proposals will be evaluated, reviewing technical and management capabilities. Contractors must meet qualifications stated in the solicitation to be considered responsible for award. All interested responsible sources may submit and shall be considered only by requesting the above stated solicitation. The solicitation is for a base year and three option years. This bid is 100% set aside for Small Business. The NAICS code is 621330 with a size standard of $5 million dollars. All responses should be directed to point of contact above.
