Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with George Mason University. The contractor shall investigate the development of more realistic reconfigurable robust control algorithms by utilizing NSWCCD RNN generated various fault scenario data and stochastic based noisy measurement(sensor)environments. The contractor shall also investigate additional mathematical methodologies for better decision logic and also possible alternatives for specific stepwise portions of currently established algorithms. The algorithm shall be tested via contractor supplied simulation ( MATLAB ) or via a government supplied simulation. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements under the authority of FAR 6.302.1. Anticipated award is on or about 1/16/01.
