Description

The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is soliciting proposals from sources with the capability to provide policy analysis regarding the impact of Medicaid managed care and other changes in health care coverage on the integrity and viability of safety net providers operating primarily in ambulatory/primary care settings, particularly those funded by HRSA. Those providers include community health centers, maternal and child health programs, Ryan White-funded programs, HIV/AIDS provider organizations, and rural health centers. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Award of a contract resulting from this solicitation is restricted too small businesses under SIC code 8742/ NAICS 541611 . It is anticipated that a one year contract with a one year option will be awarded. Note Number 1 applies. The solicitation will be issued on or about January 17, 2001, with a closing date on or about February 16, 2001.
