Description

The Government intends to acquire on a sole-source basis from Raytheon Systems Company, Fort Wayne, Indiana, the following spare parts for the AN/PSC-5 Spitfire Terminal: Cable Assembly, Spec, U/W AN/PSC-5, NSNs 5985-01-419-3298 (quantity 140), 5995-01-412-9592 (quantity 80), 5995-01-410-7456 (quantity 70), 5995-01-409-0796 (quantity 100), for a total quantity of 390. This acquisition will include a 100% option. Any resultant contract will be awarded on a firm-fixed price basis. This notice is for information purposes only and is not to be considered a request for proposal. See Numbered Note 22.
