Description

This proposed procurement is Small Business Set Aside, SIC 1629. Estimated cost of construction is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Completion no later than 145 calendar days. Work consists of the restoration of 6.3 acres of filled salt marsh currently inhabited by Phragmites, to include excavating 2 to 3 feet of fill material to restore inter-tidal elevations, grading of surface to historic salt marsh elevation, creation of tidal creeks to promote intermittent inundation and re-vegetation with native salt marsh plants. Work also includes the transportation of 20,000 cubic yards of material that is to be excavated from site, this material will be temporarily stockpiled on site, prior to being transported to a placement location. In order to comply with the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996, all contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be considered for award of a Federal contract.
