Description

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items in maintenance of 34 Oil/Water Separators and 14 Grease Traps at Andrews AFB, Maryland. All of the maintenance, repair, management, services, tools, supplies, equipment and recurring inspections will be in accordance with standard commercial practices and manufacturer_s specifications. The Contractor is required to develop quality control procedures for the performance of inspections, preventative maintenance and repair service calls. The period of performance will be for a one-year basic period and three one-year option periods. The Government reserves the right to exercise the options. The SIC Code that applies to the principal nature of the acquisition is 7349. This is 100% set aside for small business. The closing date and time for submission of offerors will be contained in the solicitation package. The solicitation, notice and all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading on the Government Electronic Posting System (EPS) site at www.eps.gov. The solicitation will be issued on or about January 19, 2001. No paper copies will be issued. When the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal must have Central Contractors Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.2000.com This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, it does not restrict the Government_s ultimate approach, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation cost.
