Description

Solicitation ARCO-NAT-100-01-132-AN (IFB) Multifamily General Liability Insurance for HUD properties covering 23 states on the East Coast, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. This solicitation is for the services of a subcontractor to supply general liability insurance for the above geographical areas. The contractor will act as a subcontractor to Arco Management of Washington, DC under its Prime Contract as Contractor Asset Manager for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the REO Service Center in Atlanta. Arco Management of Washington, DC currently has approximately thirty six (36) properties in the above geographic area that may be covered by this solicitation . This IFB is structured in accordance with the Uniform Contract Format required by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
