Description

This is the request for proposal for the Pacific Alaska Range Complex (PARC). Proposals are due to this office, 3112 Broadway Avenue, Unit 5B, Eielson AFB AK 99702-1887, not later than 1600 Alaska Standard Time, 28 February 2001. For additional information, contact Captain John Leif at (907) 377-2446, or Mr. Michael Lelevier at (907) 377-4487. Question 128 should read as follows: The government needs to specify the format for contractor reports (electronic, web-based, read-only, cd). ANSWER: The format structure of the reports varies on the report (See specific reports). Some require government format approval while others are left up to the contractor. The media desired is web-based for government access with notice of completion sent to the Functional Commander and the Chief QAE via e-mail. In cases where e-mail is not functioning properly, phone notification is appropriate. The contractor will be responsible to maintain an archive of all reports. The purpose of this acquisition is to award a competitive contract for the Pacific Alaskan Range Complex (PARC) to provide operation, maintenance and development support of combat training systems, and facilities. This requirement consists of, but is not limited to: program management, range control, target management, environmental management, physical security, logistics, services, transportation, civil engineering and engineering development.
