Description

Provide primary/mental health care services on an outpatient basis in the Wisconsin Rapids, WI, area. This contract will be for a period of one year with two additional years at the option of the VA. It is anticipated that services under this contract should begin approximately March 20, 2001. Hard copy and electronic versions of the solicitation will be available on or about 1/9/01. Requests for hard copy solicitations must be submitted in writing. The charge for hard copy solicitations is $5.00 in advance. Checks to be made payable to Department of Veterans Affairs.
