Description

Solicitation for the Operation and Maintenance of Government-Operated Facilities for thirteen buildings in the State of Iowa will be issued o/a January 8, 2001. The solicitation will be for a base period of 36 months, with two additional periods of 36 months each. In addition, there is an option to extend the contract for an additional period not to exceed six months. This solicitation will be under source selection procedures and open to both large and small business concerns. Both price and technical factors will be evaluated. Offerors are cautioned to study all sections of the solicitation carefully. The solicitation will be available for download on the internet at the following address: http://fedbizopps.gov.
