Description

Personal services: To provide services as Catholic Auxiliary Chaplain for the Directorate of Chaplain Services. The contractor shall provide care/services in government supplied facilities at 59th Medical Wing Center, also referred to as the _Medical Treatment Facility_ (MTF). Contractor care/service shall cover the range of Directorate of Chaplain Services typically provided in a civilian MTF of similar size. A firm fixed price is contemplated and performance period will be 08 January 2001 through 31 December 2001. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that will be considered by the agency. Proposals must be in writing and submitted to fax (210) 671-1199. See Numbered Note 1.
