Description

Furnish Rehabilitation Evaluation and/or Employment Placement Assistance to eligible veterans referred by the Department of Vaterans Affairs. Services will be provided by psychologists, rehabilitation counselors or other trained counselors. This solicitation is for the West, Southest, East, and Middle Tennessee area consisting of the following counties: Shelby, Fayette, Hardeman, Mcnairy, Hardin, Tipton, Haywood, Madison, Chester, Henderson, Decatur, Lauderdale, Crockett, Dyer, Gibson, Carroll, Benton, Lake, Obion, Weakley, Henry, Stewart, Montgomery, Houston, Dickson, Humphries, Hickman, Perry, Lewis, Wayne, Lawrence, Giles, Lincoln, Moore, Bedford, Marshall, Maury, Williams, Rutherford, Wilson, Davidson, Cheatham, Robertson, Sumner, Trousdale, Macon, Clay, Overton, Jackson,Smith, Putnam, Dekalb, White, Warren, Cannon, Coffee, Franklin, Marion, Grundy, Sequatchie, Van Buren, Bledsoe, Rhea, Meigs, Hamilton, Bradley, Polk, Mcmin, Monroe, Pickett, Fentress, Cumberland, Morgan, Scott, Campbell, Anderson, Toane, Loudon, Blount, Knox, Union, Claiborne, Hancock, Grainger, Hamblen, Jefferson, Sevier, Cocke, Greene, Hawkins, Sullivan, Washington, Unicoi, Carter amd Johnson.
