Description

This acquisition is to procure 18 each, VENTILATOR, AIR CIRC, P/O 60 KW Generator, NSN: 5670-01-151-9380 IAW Drawings no. 70-1396. Delivery for above item is 180 days or earlier F.O.B. Destination to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE are at origin. PACKAGING AND PACKING shall be IAW the contractor's best commercial packaging, ASTM-D-3951. BAR CODE MARKINGS are required IAW ANSI/AIM-BC1, USSC 39, and MIL-STD 129. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION in accordance with FAR Part 13; THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION. Quotes are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. CD-ROM drawings may be requested by contacting BOTH the contract specialist AND the contracting officer via electronic mail. The assigned RFQ number is DAAB07-01-Q-D608. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Solicitation requirements and incorporated provisions are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circulars. Offerors are requested to provide quotes for Contract Line Item 0001AA (5670-01-151-9380) VENTILATOR, AIR CIRC and Contract Line Item 0002AA for 100% Option. Award will be made on the lowest price, technically acceptable quote. Successful offeror will be asked to complete Representations and Certifications that would ordinarily be included in the solicitation. Offerors are advised that the applicable clauses will be incorporated into the contract, at contract award. Quotes are due no later that 1:30 pm EST on 23 January 2001.
