- Description
- Synopsis: This procurement is for the Clinical Consolidation & Closure Building 122, Project 600-401. The Department of Veterans Affairs will advertise an opportunity to remodel parts of Bldg. 126 & 150 (app. 85,000 GSF) and upon completion, abate asbestos/lead and demolish Bldg. 122 (app. 300,000 GSF) at the VA Medical Center in Long Beach, CA. The renovated space in Building 126 (parts of Basement, floors 4-7th and parts of the roof) includes Surgical, Supply Processing & Distribution, Rehabilitation Medicine, Day Surgery and in Building 150 (All floors) Spinal Cord Injury Clinics, Prosthetics, and Misc. other services. Cost Range: $10,000,000 to $20,000,000. Request for Proposal will be available January 18, 2001.
