Description

Furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to apply a 3 inch bituminous asphalt mat and surface aggregate at the Lucile Recreation Site. Patch an existing asphalt mat and place a 2 inch overlay at the Hammer Creek Recreation Site. And install a 3 inch bituminous asphalt mat on, replace existing curbing of, and install signs at the Upper Hazard Creek bridge. Work under this Contract is located in Idaho and Adams County, Idaho. Work at the Hammer Creek Recreation Site is located approximately 4 miles outside of White Bird, Idaho along the Salmon River. Work at Lucille Recreation site is located 8 miles North of Riggins, Idaho along Highway 95. Work for the Hazard Creek Bridge is located 17 miles South of Riggins, Idaho along Highway 95 and 1.25 miles from the intersection of Highway 95 and the Hazard Creek Road. Performance Period is 45 days. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. In accordance with FAR 28.102-1, a 50% Payment Bond is required for contracts greater than $25,000, prior to issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
