Description

The Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center intends to lease Boeing 737 aircraft to support training of Naval aviators for Fleet Air Reconnaissance Squadron SEVEN (VQ-7). The basic contract will be from 01 May through 30 September 2001 with three one-year options. The contractor will be responsible for providing all required aircraft organizational and field level maintenance, to include aircraft pre-flight and post-flight service. The contractor shall also provide a supply support system that ensures parts availability and required transportation in support of operational requirements anywhere in the continental USA. Leased aircraft must posses and maintain an FAA Airworthiness Certificate throughout the period of the lease. Navy Flight Clearance will be required for each leased aircraft prior to operation by Naval aviators. Maintenance and logistics plans will be required in order to obtain Navy Flight Clearance. The Solicitation, Statement of Objectives, and Technical Requirements Document will be posted to the Electronic Posting System (EPS) at www.eps.gov.
