Description

J -- The VA Connecticut Healthcare System (VA) has a requirement for servicing of medical imaging equipment at the West Haven and Newington, CT campuses. The equipment is manufactured by Kodak Health Imaging (47315 Mission Falls Court, Freemont, CA 94539, Tel. No. 800-886-5232). The service contract would be for a base year and two option years. The solicitation package can be downloaded from the web site http://www.va.gov/oa&mm/busopp/sols.htm at no charge. Should a hard copy be required, send a certified check or money order in the amount of $35.00 (non refundable), made out the Department of Veterans Affairs, and mailed to VA Connecticut Healthcare System, 950 Campbell Avenue, West Haven, CT 06516, Attn: Mark Reveaux/Contracting/90C/Bldg. 11.
