This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quotations. This is not a small business set-aside. Offerors must submit pricing on all licenses in order to be eligible for award. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-20. Required delivery is 30 days ARO, to USSOCOM, MacDill AFB, FL. Pricing shall reflect FOB Destination. FAR provision 52.212-1, 52.212-2 applies to this acquisition, offer shall be evaluated for fair and reasonable price, technical acceptability, adherence to applicable clauses, provisions, delivery schedule, and satisfactory past performance record. Additional applicable FAR and DFARS clauses 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.232-33, 52.233-2, 52.247-34, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.225-3, 252.212-7001, 252.225-7001.
