Buy Qty: 2,600 Two (2) deliveries to two (2) depots ninety (90) days after date of award, to Defense Depots in New Cunberland, PA and Tracy, CA. This procurement is being issued on an unrestricted basis and will utilize best value source selection evaluation factors. Evaluation factor will be Past Performance.
