Description

The Officer in Charge requires The Contractor to provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to provide one modular unit; 60' X 60', made up of five 60' X 12' trailers connected together side to side under one roof. This solicitation is for a base period of twelve months with option periods available for up to an additional forty-eight (48) months, not to exceed sixty (60) months. Options may be exercised for less than twelve (12) months at the discretion of the Contracting Officer. This procurement is a Firm Fixed Price contract and is unrestricted. The applicable NIAC code is 53212 and size standard is $5 M. The Invitation for Bids (IFB) will be posted on the NAVFACENGCOM Electronic Solicitation (E-sol) web site on or about 16 January 2001.
