Description

This is a notice of intent to extend performance time and terms and conditions of contract F01600-94-C0083 with Elaine's Cleaning Service, Inc., 4108 Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek, OH. 45434. The period of performance will be from 01 Jan 01 through 31 Jan 01 with an option to extend for an additional one-month period. The contractor is required to provide all labor, materials tools, equpment and supervision necessary to provide custodial services at Maxwell AFB and Gunter Annex, AL. No solicitation will be issued. See numbered Note 22.
