Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma, WA intends to establish a firm fixed price base year plus four one year option period contract that will provide for maintenance and repair services for the Advanced Technology Laboratory Diagnostics Ultrasound Scanner Systems and associated components. The quotation number is DADA13-01-T-0023. The NAICS code is 811219 and the size standard is $5.0 million. Provide certified technicians, all parts, labor, and travel shall be included in the quoted price. Service shall include preventive maintenance, calibration service, unlimited service calls, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays.
