First Article Test Report is due 255 DACA. Without First Article delivery is 200 each 267 days after contract award and 200 each month thereafter until shipped complete. Quantity: 1,312 each with 200% option exercisable over 2 years. Applicable to the AH-64 Airframe. FOB Origin to Texarkana, TX. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Justification for other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1. This proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government does not have specifications and drawings to permit full and open competition. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Approved small business sources are The Purdy Corporation, Manchester, CT, and Paragon Precision Products, Valencia, CA. "By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to small businesses, therefore, foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored." The time required for approval of a new supplier is such that award and delivery cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source.
