- Description
- Indefinite quantity type contract to provide general construction maintenance services for infrastructure support at the Bunker Hill Superfund site. General work tasks include maintenance of roads, surface water ditches/culverts and snow removal; hydroseeding of disturbed areas; and miscellaneous work which may include painting, plumbing, surveying and mechanical maintenance. Personnel shall meet requirements of 29 CFR 1910.120, Safety and Health for Hazardous Waste Sites. All work tasks shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specification package. This solicitation will be issued as an Electronic Bid Set (EBS) on CD-Rom format only. Disks will be available on or about 12 January 2001 at no charge per set, issued on a first come, first served basis. No phone requests accepted. Firms desiring a copy of the EBS must register via the Internet at the following address: http://www.nws.usace.army.mil/ct/. The disks will be mailed when available. They are also available from the District Plans Room Monday thru Friday between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Estimated dollar value is in the range of $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. The contract will include a base year and two option periods. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 234930. Standard Industry Classification Code (SIC) is 1629. Project is 100% Small Business Set Aside, to result in a firm fixed price contract. A concern is considered a small business if its average annual receipts are $27.5 million or less.
