Description

The Office of Naval Research has a requirement for technical and management support services in support of ONR's Combat Casualty Care Program. The services require the performer to have extensive expertise in trauma surgery, acute trauma care and related research, military trauma care and international military combat care needs and training. It is ONR's intention to negotiate this on a sole source basis with Tech Med Incorporated, Annapolis, MD. It is anticipated that this requirement will be under SAP and the period of performance will be twelve (12) months.
