- Description
- The U.S. Army Communications Command (CECOM) intends a five year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) sealed bid, firm fixed price requirement. NSN: 5821-00-177-3622, Drawing Number:SM-C-596667. Noun: Protective Device & Filter Assembly. Initial Quantity: 315 units. New delivery orders will be issued for subsequent purchases. Minimum and maximum range quantities will be associated with this requirement. The initial minimum quantity will be 315 units. This procurement is suitable for competitive acquisition; the government has unlimited rights to the technical data package, and the technical data package is complete. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. The U.S. Army Communications Electronics Command (CECOM) has established an Interactive Business Opportunities Page (IBOP) website as part of the Army's Single Face to Industry to allow electronic postings of Requests for Proposals (RFP's) and Invitations for Bids (IFB's)from CECOM to Industry. All parties interested in doing business with CECOM are invited to access, operate, send and receive information from the IBOP at (http://abop.monmouth.army.mil). You may access potential CECOM Business Opportunities by simply selecting "CECOM Comm. & Elec. Com." under the heading "View by Contracting Activity" and then click on "GO". Registration for a user ID and password will only be necessary when you are considering the submission of proposals to CECOM through the IBOP. To be a registered user of the IBOP, please click on "Industry Registration" under the heading of "Secure Services". For CD-ROM drawings or other data, contact the contract specialist/Contracting Officer via their e-mail. Offerors submitting bids shall follow the instructions that are stated in the solicitation, which describe time, place, and date the bids will be received. No bids shall be submitted directly to the Contracting Officer. See Note 1.
