Description

Solicitation N00421-01-M-0123 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This action is not set aside for small business. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a full and open competitive basis for brand name Rainbow Mykotronx to purchase CLIN 0001 Quantity 2 ea P/N KIV-7HS Encryptor, CLIN 0002 Quantity 4 ea P/N KIV-7HS Encryptor, CLIN 0003 Quantity 6 ea P/N KIV-7HS Encryptor, under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. Award is expected 05 January 2001. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals. All proposals received by 04 January 2001 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the government to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
