Origin with deliveries to Camp Carroll Korea AWR Gen Supply, APO AP 96260-5000 (Qty. 7); New Cumberland, PA 17070 (Qty. 4), and Stockton, CA 95296-0130 (Qty. 9). Required delivery without First Article Testing is 5 each 390 DACA, 5 per month thereafter until contract completion. This is a Flight Safety Part with engineering testing, applicable to AH64 Airframe. This item is restricted to McDonnel Douglas Helicopter, CO, DBA McDonnel Douglas Helicopter, 5000 E McDowell Road, Mesa, AZ 85215-9797. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
