The purpose of this modification is to revise the anticipated date for release of the Draft Request for Proposal (RFP). It is now anticipated that Draft RFP 8-1-0-E4-C9392 will be released on or about January 11, 2001. Details for a planned Industry Briefing will be contained within the Draft RFP.
