The Redstone Arsenal Recycling Program Office, located at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama is in search of sources for the direct sale of recyclables. This venture will be to sell all types of recyclable material to a private firm. Prices would be expected to be within the Chicago market value price on the pickup day of materials. The items listed below maybe available for sale by the Redstone Arsenal Recycling Program Office: Toner Cartridges, Irony Aluminum, Copper Wire, Irony Brass, Tin Cans, Prepared Steel, Light Metal, Cardboard, Glass, Wood Pallets, Shredded Wood, Clean Aluminum, Aluminum Cans, Irony Copper, Clean Brass, Cast Iron, Unprepared Steel Heavy, Stainless Steel Nonmagnetic, Newsprint/ Telephone Books, Plastics, Lead Acid Batteries, Computer Paper. Responders to this notice should indicate the specific recyclable items in which they would be interested. Response must also provide historical information relative to any past participation in this type of effort. The prospective buyers should specify minimum packaging requirements necessary by Redstone Arsenal and minimum quantity needed for efficient pickup(s).
