Description

Indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract(s) for the purchase of Hepatitis A Adult Vaccine for the period 3/17/01 through 6/30/01. Estimated Quantity: 100,000 doses. Vaccine shall be delivered, as ordered by delivery orders, F.O.B. Destination to the 50 states, and U.S. Territories. U.S. FDA establishment and product licenses required. RFP issue date on or about 1/9/01. Only written requests for the solicitation (including facsimile requests to 770-488-2670) directly from the requestor will be acceptable. No telephone requests. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the agency.
