- Thee Drug Enforcement Administration intends to issue a purchase order to the Journal of Commerce for the annual renewal of the Port Import Export Reporting Service (PIERS) for Fiscal Year 2001. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1. a Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC), has been certified, justified and approved for the Journal of Commerce. This requirement will be accomplished through the new Simplified Acquisition rules under FAR 13 dated December 15, 1994. No solicitation is available. Closing date is December 27, 2000.
