Description

Provide maintenance and repair of a total of 18 X-Ray Film Processors at the Milwaukee WI VA Medical Center and the VA Chicago IL Health Care System -- Lakeside Division, for the period 1/1/01 through 12/31/01, plus three, one-year options to renew. Film processors are primarily Kodak but also include Konica and Ilford. Contract also includes maintenance of 8 silver recovery units and the providing of fixer and developer at VA Milwaukee. Requests for hard copy solicitations must be in writing to the Contracting Officer and accompanied by a non-refundable check for $10.00 made out to the US Department of Veterans Affairs. No telephone requests will be accepted.
