- Description
- The Department of Defense Polygraph Institute has a requirement to conduct developmental research on a psychophysiological detection of deception (PDD)project. The objective is to test up to 100 volunteers over a two month period. The goal of this project is to manipulate volunteers into telling specific lies during polygraph examination to test the accuracy of the polygraph examination procedure. The manipulation should be as realistic as possible. The contractor will be required to provide three (3) celluar phones, volunteer payments (cash payments to volunteers -- these payments to be reimbursed), Volunteer Scheduler, Call Screener, Case Officer, Receptionist, and Paymaster & Escort. Period of performance to begin February 2001 for a testing period of 14 days. This effort will be awarded as a fixed price with reimbursable elements)contract. All interested sources shall contact this activity no later than December 20, 2000. A detailed description of the services will be provided to each offeror upon request.
