- Notice of intent to increase the ceiling of contract N65236-00-D-3814 with Eagan, McAllister Associates, Inc. (EMA) for engineering and technical services for design, integration, testing, installation, certification, and logistics support for C4I systems. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This increase in ceiling of $9M will be issued to satisfy the agency's needs during this period.
