- Description
- The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for machining services with diamond tooling for Composite materials, material testing for composite material properties including tensile, compressive and sheer strength and fiber volume fraction, autoclave and hot press curing of composite materials as well as consultant services on composites and composite design. See Notes 1. Response date to be determined at the issuance of RFQ. RFQ will not be issued on our web page until the 16th day after this notice appears in the CBD.
