Description: This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The work to be performed under this contract consists of fabricating and installing a gangway system to provide safe access to the floating guidewall at the Mississippi River (forebay) end of Port Allen Lock from the ground elevation behind the lock wall and from the top of the lock wall.
