- Description
- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the U.S. Forest Service are seeking SF-254's from "Emerging Small Businesses"and "Small Businesses" from A/E firms in the States of Washington and Oregon. The two Agencies currently use 5-year IDIQ's that have a mix of large and small business but are seeking emerging small businesses and possibly other small businesses to add to the pool of awardees. Scope of work items will range from design of road and bridge construction/reconstruction, metal buildings, water and waste water facilities, building remodeling and new construction, etc. 19.1002 Definitions. "Emerging small business," as used in this subpart, means a small business concern whose size is no greater than 50 percent of the numerical size standard applicable to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to a contracting opportunity. #541310 -- Architectural Services -- $4.0 Million (50% is $2.0 Million*) #541320 -- Landscape Architect Services -- $5.0 Million (50% is $2.5 Million*) #541330 -- Engineering Services -- $4.0 Million (50% is $2.0 Million*) *average annual receipts over a three year period 52.219-19 Small Business Concern Representation for the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
