Description

This procurement will consist of two (2) phases. Phase I: A detailed statement of work will be provided as a basis for step one proposals. Phase II: The most highly qualified offerors, not to exceed three (3) each, shall be selected to participate in Phase II. Those offerors selected to submit proposals for Phase II will receive the complete RFP document. Construct a Child Development Center consisting of multi-purpose children's rooms, nursery, administrative area, kitchen, storage and mechanical room, fire detection/protection. Also included in the project is landscaping, playground, fencing, area lighting, roadway and Anti-terrorism/force protection features, soil remediation, and support utilities.
