We are requesting proposals from publishers desiring to compete for a yearly contract, with possible extension by mutual agreement on either a 1-year or 2-year basis for a total period not to exceed 6 years, to publish the commercial enterprise installation Base Guide, Directory and Map for distribution through official channels at Fairchild Air Force Base, Washington.
