Description

Contractor to provide initial prescriptions for Southern Arizona VA Health Care System patients receiving care at the community based outpatient clinics located in the following cities: Casa Grande, Green Valley, Safford, Sierra Vista and Yuma. The total number of prescriptions per year is estimated to be 3,120. The contract shall be for a base year with four option renewal years. Electronic solicitations will be available approximately 12/4/00 and may be obtained at no cost from the following URL: http://www.va.gov/oa&mm/busopp/sols.htm. Any amendment to the solicitation will be available at the same URL and offerors shall be responsible for obtaining amendments. Written offers will be due on or about 12/29/00.
