NSN 4710-01-032-3999, YPC00308001140, TUBE ASSEMBLY, METAL. End item E-3A AWACS Aircraft. Purchased in accordance with Drawing Number 204-70149-1. Deliver 15 EA, FOB destination to Tinker AFB OK 73145, in 200 days ADA. First Article test required. Note 1, 9, and 26 applies. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of 12/11/00. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available, it must be downloaded from the internet site above. Drawings are posted with the solicitation on the DSCC solicitation web-site. If the drawings are not posted with the solicitation, see clause L07 Availability of Drawings for information on how to obtain the drawings. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. The small business size standard is 1000 employees. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
