Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, intends to purchase on a sole source basis management consulting engineering services with CDL Systems, Inc. These commercial services are for the implementation of Standards for the NATO UAV system. The services are to include defining the Data Link Interface (DLI) message contents, DLI message protocol and "quality of service" requirements, and Interface Cost Performance Summary Reports. The closing date is 22 November 2000 at 4:00 P.M., Eastern Time. Anticipated award date is 28 November 2000. The North American Industry Classification System code is 54311 (Engineering services).
