S -- Electric Utility Services for Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Salters, South Carolina Submission No. 504748 dated October 19, 2000, and Submission No. 491682 dated August 30, 2000 are modified to correct the annual estimated usage from 15,500,000 KWH to 19,000,000 KWH and to revise the estimated connection lad from 5,000 KW to 7,000 KW.
