Description

The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) intends to award a sole source contract to IPA. IPA will provide the Navy management, data collection, and evaluation suport to the SPAWAR Comptroller directorate and OPNAV space, Information, Warfare, Command and Control support Directorate with their efforts to technically evaluate the known capabilities of designated C4I systems/equipment, compare those results with CINC/Fleet/Headquarters identified requirements, and to develop and maintain systems for planning, programming, and budgeting Department of Navy financial resources.
