Description

Naval Air Warfare Center -- Weapons Division (NAWCWD), Point Mugu, California, intends to issue a solicitation and award a contract on a sole source basis with American Microwave of Frederick, MD. The procurement is for 15 each, Detector Log Video Amplifiers (DLVA), P/N LVD-218-50. American Microwave is the manufacturer of the only DLVA that meets all electrical and physical requirements, specifically the required speed, which will be used to support long range operational tests. FOB Destination pricing is requested. Required delivery: 60 days ARO. This is not a request for bids. Closing date of the Request for Quotation will be on or before 12/01/00. All responsible sources may submit a bid which if received in a timely manner will be considered by the agency. See Note 22.
