Description

Base Custodial Services at Moody AFB, GA. Solicitation number F09607-00-R0018 will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) on or about 5 Dec 00. The contractor shall provide all management, equipment, vehicles, tools, and supplies necessary to provide base custodial services for Moody AFB, GA. The approximate square footage for basic cleaning services is 407,368 square feet. The approximate square footage for latrine cleaning services is 28,422 square feet. Periodic maintenance services for high dusting, low dusting, window cleaning, and floor maintenance (stripping and buffing) are included in this solicitation. The tentative date for the site visit is 13 Dec 00. You must pre-register with the point of contact listed below no later than 11 Dec 00 in order to attend. The solicitation is set aside for 100% Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this solicitation is 56172. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) for this solicitation is 7349. The small business size standard is $12,000,000. The contract will be for a basic period of one (1) year with up to four (4) option years, the total contract will not exceed five (5) years. This will be evaluated as a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Source Selection in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15. The evaluation factors shall be price and evidence of capability. The solicitation will be available to view and download on the government Electronic Posting System (EPS) site located at www.eps.gov. No paper copies of this solicitation will be mailed. All amendments will be electronically posted as well. A copy of the solicitation will be available for review at the Contracting Office (Moody AFB, GA).
