Description

Notice of intent to place a sole source contract with Alta Analytics for Software support and maintenance for the following CLINS. Clin 1. One year support/maintenance for seven (7) user licenses of the NETMAP Software for Solaris and three user licenses of the NETMAP Windows NT. Justification for the lack of competition is support and software are proprietary to Alta Analytics based upon licensing requirements. Support Services include, at a minimum, advise and assistance regarding the software. Maintenance Services include, at a minimum, enhancements and maintenance releases. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by the closing date stated in this publication will be considered by the Government. A detrmination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Proposals/responses are due by Close of Business, 5:00 pm Central Standard time, November 28, 2000. Any Contractor must indentify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by providing sufficient information by the closing date stated above.
