Provide Mechanical Maintenance at the Federal Building/Courthouse, 880/940 Front Street, and the Jacob Weinberger Courthouse, 325 "F" Street, San Diego, California. Solicitation also includes an option to upgrade building energy management control system. Pre-proposal conference will be held on December 5th & 6th, 2000 at 10:00 a.m., 880 Front Street, Suite 4236, San Diego, California. On closing date all bids are to be received at the address in block 15 of Standard Form 1449.
